We are a welcoming, inclusive Christian, traditional denomination, with 250,000 members located in more than 60 countries worldwide. Community of Christ is a non-creedal and non-dogmatic, meaning that members are not required to assert a particular set of beliefs. Instead, we seek truth where-ever it can be found and are open to sharing new ideas and spiritual practices together on life's journeys. Our mission is to invite people into community, continually learn and grow, abolish poverty, end needless suffering, pursue peace everywhere, and to live life meaningfully together. Finding Brydges Street ChurchDirectionsWe are located on the North Side of Brydges Street, east of Kiwanis Park Drive and West of Spruce Street, facing Prince Charles Public School to the South. Our church and meeting hall are both on the ground floor and are accessible by wheelchair, with the #7 Wavell, LTC bus stops #1910 Wavell at Kiwansis Park Drive, East Bound and #1911 Wavell at Kiwansis Park Drive West Bound located close to the church entrance. An audible street crossing is to the east of the church, on the corner of Brydges and Spruce, to the west of our church is the beautiful Kiwanis Park which continues along Kiwanis Park Drive northward to Borden Street and South to Trafalgar. |
